Chief Election Commissioner Mr. Sikandar Sultan Raja has said that a level playing field has been provided to all political parties and a detailed report regarding the provision of level playing field has been submitted to the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He further said that, due to the lack of time in the current situation, there is no scope for more printing of ballot papers. Ballot papers were reprinted in the light of Court decisions.

Mr. Sikandar Sultan Raja said that according to the law, the results of the General Elections will be given by 1.00 A.M and this time instead of RTS, EMS system will be used with the aim of conducting transparent elections.

The protest started after the abolishment of wheat subsidy and price hike and now demand for subsidy on 37 items including restoration of state subject role has been put on the demand list.

Gilgit: Special Assistant Information Eman Shah has said that the situation in Gilgit-Baltistan is completely peaceful and life is going on as usual.

The provincial government has formed a committee for purposeful negotiations with the participants of the ongoing sit-in in Skardu and Nagar. Peaceful protest is the fundamental right of the people, but a strict watch is being kept on elements spreading negative propaganda to destroy the atmosphere of peace and brotherhood.

Arsonist Sentenced to Death for Killing 36 People in 2019 Kyoto Studio Fire.

A Japanese judge sentenced to death a man who killed 36 people in an arson attack at an anime studio in Kyoto in 2019, one of the country’s deadliest attacks in decades, after he was found guilty of murder on Thursday.

Shinji Aoba was charged with murder in 2020 after dousing a studio with gasoline and lighting it on fire. On Thursday he was found guilty.

Gold prices have recorded a decline in global and local exchange markets.

On the first day of the business week, on Monday, the price of gold in the world market reached the level of 2042 dollars per ounce, after falling by 8 dollars.

Due to the decrease in the price of gold in the international market, the price of gold in Pakistan decreased by 600 rupees per tola, after which the price reached the level of 2 lakh 14 thousand 700 rupees.

Similarly, the price of gold per ten grams decreased by 514 rupees to 1 lakh 84 thousand 71 rupees.

According to "Sarafa Bazaar Associations" on the contrary, the price of silver Per Tola remained unchanged at Rs. 2600 and the price of silver per Ten Grams remained unchanged at Rs 2229.08.

A battery that can last 50 years without charging has been exhibited in Beijing, the capital of China.

According to a foreign news agency, the Chinese company "Betavolt" claims that its nuclear battery is the world's first battery that can be used for 50 years without charging, the battery has entered the test phase.

The foreign news agency says the battery could be mass-produced for commercial devices like phones and drones in the future. It also claims that the battery can operate from minus 60 degrees Celsius to 120 degrees Celsius while the nuclear battery is completely safe.

According to the company, the battery emits no radiation while 63 nuclear Isotopes are integrated into a Module smaller than a coin.
