First; they published fake news day before the Chelsea game that Erik ten Hag had lost 50% of his dressing room. That's because, at first they thought Chelsea would win the game, and the news they had in their drafts would have been what we're seeing now (managers who could replace Erik ten Hag)
Second; they have published another news days before the Liverpool game that Sir Jim Ratcliff met with Graham Potters over a potential managerial move to Old Trafford as Erik ten Hag replacement.
The news in their drafts already. They are waiting for United to lose by a big margin and boom, you'll see them all over the internet and Cristiano Ronaldo fans would milk into it.
