MENACE OF DRUG ABUSE.
This negative anti-social behavior called "Drug Abuse" or "Substance Abuse" has reached an alarming and scary proportion in our highly prized northern portion of the conurty. Intensely ravaging as it is, yet it appears that there have not been, as at now, concerted efforts to remedy the nagging trouble. Are we, as a people, to remain alms folded watching our society drifting into such a cesspool of despicable immorality? Are there some people or faceless entities hell-bent on destroying our youths through drugs and allied substances?
The question remains:
ARE WE OKAY WITH SUCH A SAD AND SADDENING REALITY?
