The Development Segment of the Magazine on the other hand, offers an ideal medium for the Public Sector, Development NGOs and other non-state actors to profile their activities and showcase their development agenda. This section comprises Development, Economy and Investment Supplements. Circulation & Distribution—The Magazine strives to reach out to over 50,000 readers through our free distribution strategy to public institutions, the private sector, NGOs and international organizations. We also distribute in coaches and during key business and development meetings including Parliamentary sessions. The Magazine also enjoys online support through a dedicated website and social networking sites. Advertising Rates—A standard full page Advert in the Magazine costs Mk350, 000 while a half page Advert is Mk200, 000. The back page Advert is Mk550,000 while adverts placed inside covers & other prime pages costs Mk400,000 exclusive of VAT.

• We are pleased to inform you that we sell brand-new and secondhand goods on behalf of individuals, shop owners, small-scale traders and companies through our Sales & Procurement Consultancy Service.
• The goods are sold from our well-secured showroom with electric fence, burglar alarm, adequate security personnel and strong door protectors at Business & Development Centre (formerly Tika), in New Naperi Blantyre.
• All you need to do is to bring whatever you have or invite us to come and collect them. You may wish to know that we don’t charge a commission for selling your goods. However, we put a markup on your reserve prices.
• You will be expected to sign an agreement authorizing us to sell your goods. The agreement will clearly indicate the full description of each product, the agreed price and an estimated sales time frame ranging from 3-30 days.
• Most of the goods are sold within 3-14 days for fast moving consumer goods and 7-30 days for other goods. You will receive your payment immediately after the goods have been sold or at the expiry of the agreement.
3.0 BUSINESS & DEVELOPMENT CENTRE
Business and Development Centre comprises a 400 seater multipurpose hall located in the tranquil environs of New Naperi Suburb, about 400 metres from Joy Radio.
