Ward 07 Corporator Shankar Patil does late-night rounds to catch hold of offenders disposing of garbage 🗑 around the ward.

Speaking to Kiran Nippanikar Ward Corporator Shankar Said 🎙

1. Why was this drive necessary?? 🤔🤔 “Many people and shop owners have created garbage disposal points where they dump garbage every night despite garbage collection vehicles visit everyday morning”
2. Do you have garbage 🗑 collection on daily basis in your ward ?? 🤔🤔 Yes, we have 💯% door 🚪 to door collection & which is been monitored, coordinated with the respective Beat Officer 👮‍♂️ of the City Corporation”
3. So what makes these Citizens 👫 dispose of their garbage 💩 at public places when the mechanism of Collection is in place ?? 🤔🤔 “Most of them had to say that the garbage stinks 😷 overnight & invited rodents 🐁 so they prefer disposing of at night 🤷‍♂️ “
4. Which are the big sharks 🦈 who are regular offenders 😅😅 these days ?? 🤔🤔 “Yes, it’s the restaurant & hoteliers, especially from in & around Camp who through the entire day collection of the garbage in his ward” Claims Shankar
5. What’s your next plan of action 🥷 to handle this menace ?? 🤔🤔 “As of now have warned the Citizens of my Ward & the hoteliers to not continue this practice if found defaulting again stricter fines/punishments 💴 will be imposed for sure”
6. Any practice of waste management planning going to be implemented in your ward ?? 🤔🤔 “Yes, I’m exploring options for (SLWM) along with the City Corporation Officials”
7. What do you think Garbage is an Administrative issue or a Civic problem ?? 🤔🤔 “It’s the responsibility of both of us, we need to work hand in hand with the authorities & understand the growing garbage menace around our urban infrastructure 🏢🏡 is not only going to affect the environment but will also cause health issues”

बेळगाव मधील एक पेशंट ब्लॅक फंगस विकाराने त्रस्त सांगली येथील एका खासगी दवाखान्यात अॅडमिट आहे.. ब्लॅक फंगस वरील इंजेक्शनची कमतरता पडत असल्यामुळे संबंधित रुग्णाला वेळेवर इंजेक्शन मिळत नव्हते.. 12 जून रोजी संबंधित रुग्णाच्या नातेवाईकांकडून या प्रकरणाची माहिती मिळाली.. त्यावेळी आम्ही पुण्यातील शिवसैनिक श्री मदन गाडे यांच्याशी संपर्क साधला.. मदन गाडे आणि सर्वेश भिडे यांनी या प्रकरणात लक्ष देऊन सांगली येथील शिवसेना वैद्यकीय कक्षाच्या प्रमुखांना याबद्दल माहिती दिली

प्रकरणाची माहिती मिळाल्या बरोबर अर्ध्या तासात सांगली येथील शिवसेना वैद्यकीय कक्ष पदाधिकारी भरतकुमार पाटील व राधे कोळी यांनी हॉस्पिटल मधे धाव घेतली.. संबंधित रुग्णाचे रिपोर्ट्स बघून सांगली महापालिकेशी याबाबत संपर्क साधला.. आणि अधिकाऱ्यांशी बोलून संबंधित इंजेक्शन्स् तत्काळ उपलब्ध करून दिले

पुणे येथील शिवसैनिक सर्वेश भिडे, Madan Gade व सांगली येथील शिवसैनिक भरतकुमार पाटील, राधे कोळी या सर्वांचे आभार 🙏

एक फोन कॉल वरून सुध्दा इतक्या तत्परतेने शिवसैनिक लोकांच्या मदतीला धावत आहेत हे खरोखरच कौतुकास्पद आहे
