Delighted to welcome Annabel Hawkins into Starstruck as our new Production Assistant. Annabel has shown great passion, enthusiasm and wild tenacity(!) over the last couple of years, going from an intern and freelance runner on our shoots to a fully fledged member of the team. Annie is someone who always goes the extra mile and never backs down from a new challenge, so we’re thrilled to finally call her an official Starstrucker! Welcome aboard. 👏🏼

As Topps evolves beyond physical trading cards and enters the world of digital-first fan engagement, Starstruck has been commissioned to create a high-energy commercial for their brand new app.

This is exactly where Starstruck loves to play; at the intersection of content, culture, and fan community. And who better to have on set with our crew than a young team of production interns and work experience as we continue to offer opportunities to the behind-the-scenes talent of tomorrow. An all-round powerhouse collaboration! 💥

Another exciting week in the life our WWE podcast, Gorilla Position () The team took the show on the road and recorded a live episode in London, as part of the pre-show entertainment for fans ahead of ‘Clash of the Comics’ at the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith.

This comedy x pro-wrestling extravaganza featured some of the biggest names in UK comedy such as Joe Lycett, Ed Gamble, Sara Pascoe, Nish Kumar and James Acaster. The show, produced by Expectation TV, will air as a special on UKTV later this year; a commission that signifies the continued growth in ‘sports entertainment’ in the UK, something that Starstruck continue to play a major role in. Great to be a part of the festivities with a brilliant team!

Starstruck plugged into the podcast world in 2013, producing shows for talkSPORT and MTV. Since then, the global podcast audience has now reached 585 million, with 71 % of people in the UK age 16+ listening to podcasts every single day. Podcast advertising revenue is growing year-on-year and this week, Starstruck just filmed its **250th hour** of visualised podcast content in 2025 alone! High-volume, cross-platform podcasting has become a major part of the Starstruck business, and let’s just say... we’re only just scratching the surface! Making a play for pods?!... Get in touch! 🎧🎙️

This week, Starstruck celebrates its 18th birthday!! 🎉

18 years of growth, 18 years of constantly evolving to keep up with a rapidly changing industry. We’ve seen audiences shift from traditional television to online and now to social platforms and streamers. Our work has encompassed everything from long-form commissioned television and radio to short-form brand and creative work. It’s honestly been overwhelming at times, but we wouldn’t have it any other way... because now we offer expertise in all aspects of production - live to scripted, commercials to socials - no matter the platform! We’ve opened bases in Los Angeles and Dubai and undertaken projects in, as it turns out, 18 different countries! Now THAT’S worth celebrating.
