When it comes to Texas BBQ, it's been a while since I've been wowed. Now, I don't want that to discount any other restaurants where we've shoved mass amounts of smoked meats in our face holes, because we typically visit the most top-tier and highly recommended establishments and know exactly what we're getting into. There was just something different about in San Antonio, Texas.

It might have been the bold and bright flavors of the Thai curry that seduced my taste buds. It could have been the perfectly smoked meats that tickled my tonsils. Either way, this was an unforgettable dining experience and I highly recommend chowing down at one of their two locations as quickly as possible! GO NOW.

Not too long ago, we visited to film our very first episode, covering Texas BBQ in all shapes and sizes. We were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to bother for a few days and witness the term ‘Labor of Love’ come to fruition in front of our eyeballs. The amount of passion, dedication, and detail that goes into each day to ensure every person gets the same experience is mind blowing. Although filming and editing our first episode is taking a bit longer than expected, I thought I’d share a couple of drool-worthy photos to help anticipate the episode drop, which is something we’re so excited and proud to be a part of. Cheers yall!

We popped down to Austin Monthly’s Burger Bash in Austin, TX this past weekend and had a damn blast! We ate way too many sliders, walked the fine line of making ourselves puke so we could eat even more sliders, and had some amazing beverages from Fierce Whiskers Distillery along the way! Here’s a few snaps we got in the process! Huge shout out and congrats to la Barbecue for taking the trophy home! More to come soon, folks!

Last night we stopped by Outfit Brewing for a couple of quick beers on a fine Texas Friday evening! (Don’t sleep on that Side Chick Shandy made with Chick-Fil-A lemonade!😮‍💨)

What we didn’t expect was to find an incredible smash burger pop up from Oh Brother, who tours around to DFW breweries on the reg! Here’s a couple of quick shots to make your mouth water!
