Shaping the American Hat Co 7210: Walker's Straw Hat from Yellowstone Season 5 Reloaded
In this video, we dive into the iconic look of Walker's hat, as seen in Yellowstone Season 5, Episodes 9 and 10. Played by Ryan Bingham, Walker sports the classic American Hat Co 7210 with a striking West Texas Punch (WTP) crown shape and a wide round J brim.

Conor and I sit down to discuss the details of this shape, its place in western style, and how you can get the same look. Then, Conor brings it to life, shaping up the hat while we enjoy a glass of Ryan Bingham’s Bingham’s Bourbon.

We just added a new piece of art to the set, and it’s from none other than Teal Blake. If you’re into western culture, you’ve probably seen his work without realizing it. He’s the artist behind the logos for Ryan Bingham’s Bingham’s Bourbon and Double R Hat House—both turned into those iconic hat patches.

This particular piece, featuring a jackalope, caught Lorena’s eye right away. It reminded her of one of our own designs that’s on a T-shirt and bag available in the merch section of our website.

If you’ve spotted Teal’s work out in the wild—like Ryan rocking the Bingham’s Bourbon patch on Yellowstone or the Double R patch in our American Hat Co. Evergreen video with Emilio—let us know. It’s amazing to see his art pop up in so many places.
