Today (12 July) the Election Commission (EC) resolved to send a matter to the Constitutional Court to determine whether Pitha Limcharoenrat, MP for Pitha Limcharoenrat, and Prime Minister Candidate candidates ended up under constitution Article 98 (3) of Article 101 (6) of ITV Public Company Limited.In addition, the Constitutional Court has requested that MPs be suspended until the court's decision is made.
After more than three days, the EC Chairman Itthiporn Boonprakong signed a petition and assigned the Office of Constitutional Court to submit it immediately.
At the same time, it was reported that the Constitutional Court scheduled a weekly meeting today at 12.00 p.m., which should be watched on whether the EC Office would send the request to the Constitutional Court in time and if so, the Constitutional Court's panel will take it into consideration.
