The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) unveiled the official kit for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024 in a ceremony, revealing a new jersey named "Matrix Jersey."
The ceremony featured Pakistan's white-ball captain Babar Azam and other senior players like Shaheen Shah Afridi and Mohammad Rizwan. The PCB shared a video on its social media platforms showcasing the players in the new jersey.
Pakistan is placed in Group A of the World Cup alongside India, Ireland, Canada, and the United States. The team will embark on a tour to Ireland for a T20I series before heading to England for another series. Following the England series, Pakistan will travel to the United States to participate in the T20 World Cup.
The squad, initially comprising 18 players for the Ireland and England T20Is, will be trimmed down to 15 players for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 after the first T20I against England on May 22. The deadline for squad submission was May 1, with further changes allowed until May 25, subject to approval from the event’s technical committee.
The tournament features 20 qualifying teams divided into four groups, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the Super 8 round. Pakistan's schedule includes matches against the USA, India, Canada, and Ireland in various cities across the United States.

This car, a 1954 Ferrari Mondial Spider Series I, is special because they only made 13 of them. It’s different from the usual Ferrari cars with a V12 engine. Instead, it has a different design and a smaller four-cylinder engine.

It was made for tricky tracks with lots of turns and not many straight parts, so having a lighter engine is really good.

HMD, the company behind Nokia phones, is set to bring back one of Nokia’s most beloved models, the 3210, according to a report.

Initially launched in 1999, the Nokia 3210 quickly gained popularity, becoming the quintessential mobile phone of its time, with an estimated circulation of 160 million units by 1999.

Recently celebrating its 25th anniversary on March 18, the Nokia 3210 symbolizes an era when Nokia dominated the mobile phone market, akin to the current dominance of the iPhone. HMD teased the revival of a classic Nokia model on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), and Finnish retailer Giganti (via NokiaMob) has now confirmed it to be the iconic 3210.

The official unveiling is scheduled for May 8, with sales starting on May 15. The reimagined Nokia 3210 retains some design elements from its predecessor while drawing inspiration from the aesthetics of the Nokia 3310 from the early 2000s.

It features modern updates like a 2.4-inch QVGA color screen (an upgrade from the original’s 1.5-inch monochrome display) and a 2MP f/2.8 camera capable of recording 720p video.

Ticket prices have soared for the highly anticipated T20 World Cup 2024 clash between Pakistan and India on June 9 in New York.
According to a local media report, tickets previously priced at $1,300 are now being resold for over $2,500, nearly doubling in cost.

The significant rise in ticket prices is driven by increased demand stemming from the sizable population of Pakistani and Indian immigrants in the United States and Canada.

Additionally, India has historically dominated T20 World Cup matches against Pakistan, winning six out of seven encounters, including the 2007 final and the most recent match in Melbourne in 2022.

It's important to note that the tournament will be hosted at three venues in the USA and six in the West Indies from June 1 to 29.
The tournament will commence with the USA facing off against Canada at Grand Prairie Stadium in Dallas. England holds the title of reigning champion after defeating Pakistan in the 2022 final.

When Apple debuted the iPhone 12 series, it announced that the charger and earpods would no longer be included in the retail package.

While many speculated that the decision was made to increase Apple’s profit margins, the company claimed that it was seeking to lessen its carbon impact by using fewer plastic components. This was seen as a significant step toward the company’s aim of becoming carbon neutral by 2030.

Apple has since published the Ecological Progress Report, which states that by removing solar chargers from iPhone boxes, the firm saved 861,000 metric tonnes of copper, tin, and zinc ore in 2020

“Like the 40% recyclable materials in the New Macbook with Retina screen, and the 99 percent reused tungsten we now employed in iPhone 12 and Apple Watch Series 6,” Apple claimed.
