Minnie Street Studio is a well-established professional photographic hire studio located in central Auckland on Minnie Street, Eden Terrace - a fine boutique studio in an area of studios. At ground level the drive/load in studio is custom built and well appointed for commercial photography. It’s comfortable, relaxed and client friendly. The hire studio is also suitable for small-scale television c

ommercial production as location, TVC retail and table-top/pack shot, animation, stop-motion and new media generally. Minnie Street Studio Hire has a very fine live sound for corporate video productions (studio is non sound sync). Daylight and blackout, a coved cyclorama, cooking kitchen facilities and ample parking are features. Studio and equipment rentals are available by the day, half day and multi days. There is a high-end black and white commercial darkroom for printing silver gelatine fibre fine art additions et al.

Founder of the Fabulous Minnie Street Studio - the Fabulous Jocelyn Carlin, left us this day 7 years ago. Jocelyn is sorely missed but pleased to say her Studio is still up and running and Fabulous.

We tightened and trimmed nearly 60 of our studio coloramas today. The best off cuts went to the early childcare centre around the corner who were delighted to have them!
