የኃይድሮ ኤሌክትሪክ ማመንጫ ግድቦችና የሚለቁት ከፍተኛ ሙቀት

በሀገራችን ኢትዮጵያም ሆነ በመላው ዓለም ለኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል ማመንጫ ተብለው የሚገነቡ ግድቦች ዋነኛ ከሚባሉት የታዳሽ ኃይል ምንጮች መካከል ይጠቀሳሉ፡፡ ታድያ እነዚህ ኃይል ማመንጫዎች ከብክለት የፀዳ ኃይል በማምረት የዓለም ሙቀት እንዳይጨምር የድርሻቸውን ቢወጡም ቅሉ በግድቦቹ የሚጠራቀመው ከፍተኛ መጠመን ያለው ውሃ ይህን ጥቅማቸውን የሚደመስስ ሙቀት እንደሚለቅ ተመራማሪዎች ገለፁ፡፡
በአሁኑ ሰዓት በመላው ዓለም ከ3,700 በላይ የኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል ማመንጫ ግድቦች በእቅድ አልያም ግንባታ ላይ ይገኛሉ፡፡ ታድያ እነዚህ የኃይል ማመንጫ ግድቦቹ የኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል ለማመንጨት እንዲያስችላቸው ከፍተኛ መጠን ያለው ውሃን ከኮንክሪት ግርግዳቸው ጀርባ ማጠራቀም ሲኖርባቸው፤ ይህ የተጠራቀመ ውሃ ደግሞ ስፍራው ቀድሞ ግድብ ባልተገነባበት ጊዜ ከነበረው በላቀ ከፍተኛ የፀሐይ ኃይልን ይሰበስባል፡፡
ከኦስትሪያው ዩኒቨርሲቲ አፍ ኢንስብረክ የሆነው ጌኦርግ ዎልፋርት እና ሌሎች የሙያ አጋሮቹ በመላው ዓለም የሚገኙ 724 የውሃ ኃይል ማመንጫ ጣብያዎችን የመረመሩ ሲሆን በግኝታቸው መሰረትም የኃይል ማመንጫ ግድቦቹ ውስጥ የተጠራቀመው ውሃ በዙርያቸው ካለው አንፃር ጨለም ያሉና በዚህም ሳብያ የሚሰበስቡት የፀሐይ ኃይል ከፍ ያለ እንደሆነ ለማወቅ ችለዋል፡፡ የጥናት ቡድኑ ከእያንዳንዱ የውሃ ማጠራቀምያ ግድብ የተገኘውን ተጨማሪ ሙቀት እንዲሁም በካይ የኃይል ምንጮችን ከመጠቀም ይልቅ እነዚህ የውሃ ኃይል ማመንጫዎችን በመጠቀም መቀነስ የተቻለውን የሙቀት ልቀት አስልቷል፡፡ በውጤቱም ግማሽ ያህሉ የውሃ ኃይል ማመንጫዎች በአራት ዓመታት ውስጥ የአየር ንብረት ጥቅምን እንደሚሰጡ ማወቅ ችለዋል፡፡ 19 በመቶ የሚሆኑት ደግሞ ይህን ዓይነት ጥቅም ለመስጠት 40 ዓመታትን መጠበቅ ሲኖርባቸው ሌሎች 12 በመቶዎቹ የውሃ ኃይል ማመንጫዎች በበኩላቸው 80 ዓመታትን ቆይተው እንኳን ምንም አይነት የአየር ንብረት ጥቅም ለመስጠት እንዳልቻሉ ተረጋግጧል፡፡
አጥኚዎቹ በኤሌክትሪካ ኃይል ማመንጫ ግድቦች ላይ የብርሃን ማንፀባረቅን ከግምት ያስገቡ የንድፍ ለውጦች ይኖሩ ዘንድ ምክረ ሀሳብ አቅርበዋል፡፡

መድረኩ "ለሁሉም የዲጅታል ጤና አገልገሎትን በማዳረስ የዲጅታል ጤና ማህበረሰብ ለመገንባት እና ፈጣን የጤና አገልግሎት መፍትሄ በመስጠት ማንም ወደ ኋላ እንዳይቀር ማድረግ" በሚል እየተካሄደ ያለው።
በፎረሙ ላይ የተሳተፉት የኢኖቬሽንና ቴክኖሎጂ ሚኒስትር ዴኤታ አህመዲን መሀመድ (ፒ ኤች ዲ) የኢትዮጵያ መንግስት "በዲጂታል ኢትዮጵያ" መርሃ ግብር ውስጥ የዲጂታል የጤና አገልግሎትን ለመዘርጋት ቁርጠኛ መሆኑን አብራርተዋል።
ኢትዮጵያ ለዲጂታል አሰራር ትኩረት ሰጥታለች ያሉት ሚኒስትር ዴኤታው በቴክኖሎጂ የተደገፈ ፈጣንና ቀልጣፋ የጤና አገልግሎት ስርዓትን ለመዘርጋት ቁርጠኛ መሆኗን ተናግረዋል።
አስራሩን በኢትዮጵያ ተግባራዊ ለማድረግ ያሉ ምቹ ሁኔታዎችና እጥረቶችንም ለመድረኩ አብራርተዋል።
ከህዳር 28 እስከ 30 በሚካሄደው መድረክ ላይ ከተለያዩ ሀገራት የተውጣጡ የዘርፉ ኃላፊዎችና ባለሙያዎች በቨርችዋል እየተሳተፉ ነው።

እንዴት ኢሜል አካውንት እንከፍታለን?
እንደነገርኳችሁ Email account ለመክፈት መጀመሪያ Google Account መክፈት አለብን።
Gmail website ሲገቡ ወደ Google sign up page ይወሰዶታል።
መሰረታዊ መረጃዎች name, birth date, gender,እና location እንድታስገቡ ይጠዪቃችኋል።
ለሚከቱትፍ email address ስም መስጠት ዪጠበቅባችኋል።
አካዉንቱን ለመክፈት ከታች ያሉትን እስቴፖች ዪከተኩ።

1.የሚወዱtን አሳሽ (Google Chrome, Opera mini, Firefox ,PHX browser ወይም ሌላ) ይክፈቱና www.gmail.com (http://www.gmail.com/) ብለው ይጻፉ
2. Account የሚለውን ዪጫኑ
3. Sign Up form ሲመጣላችሁ የሚጠዪቃችሁን (First Name ,Last Name, Username እና Password) አስገብታችሁ የሚለውን ተጫኑ
4. የስልክ ቁጥራችሁን አስገቡ እና አካውንታችሁን አድርጉ።
ስልክ ቁጥራችሁን አስገብታችሁ የሚለውን ስትጫኑ ስልክ ቁጥራችሁ ላይ የማረጋግጫ ኮድ (Verification Code ) በ SMS Google ይልክላች ሗል
5.ተላከላችሁን የማረጋገጫ ኮድ ያሲገቡ እና የሚልውን ዪጫኑ
6. Information ማስገቢያ ዪመጣላችኋል ከዛ , Birth day እና Gender አስገብታችሁ የሚለውን ይጫኑ።
7. privacy and Terms የሚል ሲመጣ I agree የሚልውን ዪጫኑ

ኮምፒተር
ኮምፒተር መረጃዎችን የሚያከማች ፣ ሰርስሮ የሚያወጣ እና የሚያከናውን ፕሮግራም ሊሰራ የሚችል መሳሪያ ነው ፡፡ “ኮምፕዩተር” የሚለው ቃል በመጀመሪያ የተሰጠው ለሰዎች (ለሰው ልጅ ኮምፒተር) እንደ አባክ እና ስላይድ ደንብ ያሉ ሜካኒካል ካልኩሌተሮችን በመጠቀም የቁጥር ስሌቶችን ለሚያካሂዱ ነው ፡፡ የሰው ኮምፒውተሮችን መተካት ስለጀመሩ ቃሉ በኋላ ለሜካኒካል መሣሪያ ተሰጠ ፡፡ የዛሬዎቹ ኮምፒውተሮች መረጃን (ግቤኮምፒተርትን) የሚቀበሉ ፣ መረጃውን የሚያካሂዱ ፣ ውጤትን የሚያመነጩ እና ውጤቶችን የሚያከማቹ (የሚያከማቹ) ኤሌክትሮኒክ መሣሪያዎች ናቸው ፡፡

 ኮምፒተርዎን ከቫይረሶች የሚከላከሉባቸው
11 መንገዶች
o ሁላችንም ልንጠብቀው የምንጠብቀው ነገር ነው ነገር ግን የጉዳዩ እውነት ለዘለዓለም ማቃለል አንችልም ፡፡ አንዳንዶቻችን ዕድለኞች የኮምፒተር ቫይረሶች ናቸው ፡፡ ምንም እንኳን ሁል ጊዜ አዳዲስ ቫይረሶች ቢወጡም ከፍተኛ ምርጫ ግምገማዎች የኮምፒተርን ቫይረሶችን ለመከላከል የ 11 መንገዶችን ዝርዝር አዘጋጅተዋል ፡፡
 የፀረ-ቫይረስ(antivirus) መርሃግብርን ይጫኑ
ከበይነመረቡ ጋር እየተገናኙም ሆኑ ባይሆኑም አስተማማኝ ጥበቃ ማግኘቱ የሚሄድበት መንገድ ነው ፡፡ ጸረ-ቫይረስ ፕሮግራሞች አነስተኛ ኢንቬስትሜንት ናቸው እናም ዶላሮች ዋጋ አላቸው ስለዚህ ያንን ኮምፒተር ልክ እንደጨረሱ ጥበቃዎን ያረጋግጡ!
 የፀረ-ስፓይር እና የፀረ-ማልዋር መርሃግብሮችን ይጫኑ(install-antspyware or antimalware)
አብዛኛዎቹ እነዚህ ፕሮግራሞች ነፃ ናቸው እና ቫይረሶች በኮምፒተርዎ ላይ ማንኛውንም ጉዳት እንዳያደርሱ ይከላከላሉ ፡፡ ቀጣይነት ያለው ሩጫ እና ማዘመን ይፈልጋሉ ነገር ግን በትክክል ሲጠቀሙ ዓላማቸውን ያገለግላሉ ፡፡
 አጠራጣሪ ድርጣቢያዎችን ያስወግዱ(avoid suspicious website)
በኮምፒተርዎ ላይ ፕሮግራምን ለመጫን ወይም ለማሄድ የሚሞክር ድርጣቢያ ለመግባት ከፈለጉ ግን ብዙ ጊዜ ድርጣቢያዎች ብዙ ጊዜ ያሳውቁዎታል ፡፡ እንደ እነዚያ ያሉ ድር ጣቢያዎችን ያስወግዱ ፡፡
 እነሱን ሳያሳዩ የኢሜል አባሪዎችን በጭራሽ አይክፈቱ (never open email without screening out them)
ቫይረሶች የሚተላለፉበት በጣም የተለመደው መንገድ በኢሜል ሆኖ ይቀራል ፡፡ ኮምፒተርዎ ቫይረስ እንደማያገኝ ለማረጋገጥ ከመክፈቻው በፊት ሁሉም ማያያዣዎች እንዲቃኙ የሚጠይቅ የኢሜይል አቅራቢ መጠቀሙን ያረጋግጡ ፡፡
 ራስ-ሰር ቅኝቶችን ያዘጋጁ(set up outomatic scan)
በየቀኑ ወይም በየሳምንቱ በኮምፒተርዎ ላይ የሚሰሩ ቅኝቶችን ማዘጋጀት ማንኛውንም ቫይረሶችን ለማስወገድ ጥሩ ሀሳብ ነው ፡፡ ይህ ኮምፒተርዎን ወቅታዊ እና ከጉዳዮች ያጸዳል።
 ማውረድዎን ይመልከቱ(watch you downloads)
እንደ ሙዚቃ እና ፊልሞች ያሉ ከበይነመረቡ ፋይሎችን ማውረድ ብዙዎቻችን የምናደርገው ነገር ግን ብዙዎቻችንንም በችግር ውስጥ እንደሚገባ እንረዳለን ፡፡ እንደ እነዚያ ያሉ ትልልቅ ፋይሎች ምን እያወረዱ እንዳሉ እንዲገነዘቡ የተወሰነ ችግርን ለማሾፍ ቀላል ናቸው ፡፡
 ያዘምኑ ፣ ያዘምኑ ፣ ያዘምኑ!(update update update)
ማይክሮሶፍት ዊንዶውስ ‘ወሳኝ ዝመና’ እዚያ ካሉ ሁሉም ጠላፊዎች ቀድሞ የመቀጠል ምሳሌ ነው ፡፡ ወሳኝ ዝመና ኮምፒውተሮችን ቫይረሶችን (ኮምፒውተሮችን) ነፃ ለማድረግ ራሱን የቻለ የ Microsoft ቅርንጫፍ ነው ፡፡ ሁልጊዜ ስርዓትዎ እንደተዘመነ ያቆዩ
 ሁል ጊዜ በእውቀት ውስጥ ይሁኑ(always be in the know)
የኮምፒውተር አድናቂም ሆኑ ወይም እንዲሁ በግዴለሽነት የሚጠቀሙት ሁልጊዜ የቅርብ ጊዜ ቫይረሶች ምን እንደሆኑ እና በኮምፒተርዎ ላይ ምን ተጽዕኖ እንደሚያሳድሩ ይወቁ ፡፡ ችግሩን ቶሎ ማስተካከል እንዲችሉ አንድ ነገር ከተከሰተ ይህ ያዘጋጅዎታል።
 የተሰነጠቀውን የሶፍትዌር ክፍልን ያስወግዱ(avoid cracked software)
በኪስ ቦርሳው ላይ ቀለል ያለ የሚመስለውን ህገ-ወጥ ወይም ‹የተሰነጠቀ› ሶፍትዌርን በመስመር ላይ ማውረድ እንደሚችሉ ሁሉም ሰው ያውቃል ነገር ግን በእውነቱ እነዛ ፕሮግራሞችን ማውረድ እርስዎን ይጎዳዎታል ፡፡ ኮምፒተርዎን ለመለየት ለሚቸገሩ ሳንካዎች ይገዛሉ እና በመጨረሻም ብዙ ችግሮች ያመጣብዎታል።
 የእሳት ማገዶን ጫን(install a firewall)
ፋየርዎል መጪውን የበይነመረብ እና የኔትወርክ ትራፊክን የሚያጣራ ፕሮግራም ነው ፡፡ ከቫይረስ ፕሮግራምዎ ጋር ያልተፈቀደ የኮምፒተርዎን መዳረሻ ለመከላከል ይረዳል ፡፡
 ዝግጁ መሆን(be prepared)
በከፍተኛ ጥንቃቄ ላይ መሆንዎን እርግጠኛ ከመሆን ይልቅ እንደ ሰደድ እሳት የሚዞረውን የቫይረስ ንፋስ ካገኙ ፡፡ ኢሜሎችን እና ፋይሎችን ሲከፍቱ ማንኛውንም ውርዶች አይቀበሉ እና የበለጠ ጥንቃቄ ያድርጉ ፡፡
 ይህ ዝርዝር ለእርስዎ ሊመጣ ለሚችል ለማንኛውም የኮምፒተር ቫይረሶች ዝግጅት ሊረዳዎ ይገባል ፡፡ ኮምፒተርዎን ሲጠቀሙ ሁል ጊዜ ጠንቃቃ እና ብልህ መሆንዎን አይርሱ
