የየካ ወረዳ 7 ወጣቶችና ስፖርት 18ኛው የኢትዮጵያ ብሔር ብሔረሰቦችና ህዝቦች ቀን የፓናል ውይይት ህዳር 8/2016 ዓ/ም በወጣት ማዕከል ያከብራል።
የየካ ክፍለ ከተማ አስተዳደር ወጣቶችና ስፖርት ጽ/ቤት የ2016 የስፖርት ምክር ቤት 16ኛ መደበኛ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤውን አካሄደ።

በጉባኤውም የ2015 ዓ.ም ቃለ ጉባኤ የፀደቀ ሲሆን በተጠናቀቀው 2015 በጀት አመት የተከናወኑ ዋና ዋና ተግባራት እቅድ አፈፃፀምና የኦዲት ሪፖርት ሲቀርብ የ2016 ዓ.ም መደበኛ እና የበጀት እቅድ ቀርቦ በምክር ቤቱ አባላት ውይይት ተደርጎበታል።
በጉባኤው ላይ የመክፈቻ ንግግር ያደረጉት የየካ ክፍለ ከተማ ዋና ስራ አስፈፃሚ እና የስፖርት ምክር ቤት ሰብሳቢ አቶ ሞገስ አባተ ስፓርት ጤናን ከመጠበቅ በአሻገር ለሀገር ገፅታ ግንባታ ከፍተኛ አስተዋፅኦ የሚያበረክት በመሆኑ የክፍለ ከተማው አስተዳደር በትኩረት እየሰራ እንደሚገኝ ገልፀው የጉባኤው መካሄድ በዋናነት ባለድርሻ አካላት ለስፖርቱ ያላቸውን አስተዋፅኦ አጠናክረው እንዲቀጥሉና ለቀጣይ ተግባራት ዝግጁ እንዲሆኑ ለማስቻል መሆኑን አንስተው ስፖርት በተግባርና በበጀት ካልተደገፈ ውጤታማ ስለማይሆን ሁሉም ባለድርሻ አካላት ለስፖርቱ እድገት የበኩሉን ድርሻ መወጣት አለበት ብለዋል።
የክፍለ ከተማው ወጣቶች እና ስፓርት ፅ/ቤት ኃላፊ አቶ ደረጀ ተሬቦ በበኩላቸው በበጀት አመቱ በርካታ ስራዎችን ከእቅድ በላይ የተሰሩበት እንደነበር ገልፀው የምክር ቤት ጉባኤው መካሄድም ስፖርቱን ማነቃቃት፣የተሠሩ ስራዎችን ማስተዋወቅና የሚመለከታቸው ባለድርሻ አካላት የራሳቸውን ድርሻ እንዲወጡ ለማስቻል መሆኑን ገልፀዋል።
በጉባኤው በባለፈው በጀት ዓመት ከተከናወኑ ቁልፍ ተግባራት መካከል ስፖርታዊ እንቅስቃሴዎች የማህበረሰቡ የእለት ተግባር እንዲሆን ጤናው የተጠበቀ ትውልድ ለመፍጠር የተሠሩ ስራዎች፣በስፖርቱ ዘርፍ በጊዜአዊነት የስራ እድል መፍጠሩ፣ለወጣቶችና ስፖርት ባለሙያዎች በተለያዩ ወቅቶች ስልጠና መሠጠቱ፣በህብረተሰቡና በባለሀብቱ ተሳትፎ የስፖርት ማዘውተሪያ ቦታዎች እንዲገነቡ መደረጉና ሌሎች ተግባራት ሰፋ ባለ ትንተና የቀረበ ሲሆን በተያዘው የ2016 በጀት አመትም ጥንካሬዎችን የማስቀጠልና ክፍተቶች የማረም ስራዎች ተጠናክረው እንደሚቀጥሉ ተገልጿል።
