Max Cue teams up with Kristof Du Jardin for the 2nd time on Pollen Sounds. Scars is a blend of electronica and rock in their typical atmosphere with lush pads and experimental beats. A melancholic influence brings a special touch to their productions, which reminds us of the early synthpop of the eighties. Impressive vocals add an extra dimension on both songs.
