Tomorrow, the first Darkstereo compilation album in almost a decade, will be released on Bandcamp! It features 24 tracks by talented artists from all over the world, and spans everything from electronic pop to experimental and avant-garde. It has been a long journey getting to this point, but it has been really wonderful working with all the artists involved, and we hope you enjoy their sonic creations as much as we have!
Founded over a decade ago, Darkstereo primarily operates to support an international community of independent creators. We offer album reviews, interviews and promotion to those who occupy music's extremes, underground depths, and independent sonic landscapes.

Hi Everyone! It has been a wild and busy couple of months, so I wanted to apologise for the lack of updates and communication. Things at Darkstereo are going well however. We have a few more interviews on the boil and also on the waiting list. The compilation album is getting there... I'm just working through the tracks and getting everything consistent. Fingers crossed, a private copy of the release will be available for the contributing artists to check on shortly. Also, we have numerous emails from artists from all over the world asking for some exposure, reviews and interviews. So... if anyone would ever like to lend a hand, let us know! Happy to listen to a few artist's new releases and send them a reply? Maybe write a short review or opinion-piece on their work? I'd really appreciate and love the help, as there are unfortunately only so many hours in a day. Love to you all! ~Ivo.

Hi folks! Just wanted to give you an update on the Darkstereo compilation!
Currently the release is looking to be a massive 25 tracks of diverse and amazing music by the community! Thank you so much to everyone for so promptly replying with the permissions to publish the recordings too.
Is it August already? We're busy working on the sequence of tracks for the album at the moment, and doing some gentle mastering to make sure everything sounds consistent and awesome. We hope to have this process completed during the next few weeks. Once done, we'll be sending artists a private link to check the release on Bandcamp, which will be an opportunity to ensure you are happy with everything before it is made public.
The expected release date is still in September, and we'll keep you in the loop once a specific day is nailed down.
Sorry I've been quiet lately too, it is has been a crazy year so far!
