This is the title of a riveting documentary showing the raw human progressions and set backs of eight women. While on a quest to a healthier lifestyle physically, mentally, and spiritually these women take on new choices & alternatives pertaining to their health & diet. In doing so, some women find themselves vacillating between what their doctors are saying and what their mind and bodies are tell

ing them. Thus, causing conflicting beliefs on what as taught and told for years and what they are now discovering for themselves; while wielding on a journey for six weeks and eh bloc (on a whole) will undoubtedly make an indelible mark amongst women of all demographics and ethnicities.
