It's spring cleaning time at IKA and we found a lost treasure - the first commercial we ever shot on 35mm film. It's a time capsule of what NYC cable advertising looked like in the late 80s. We thought it would be fun to give it a 2025 update, so we re-created the spot, shot-for-shot, using our AI lab. This time, no one got seasick. Enjoy!

Aside from being our favorite authors, we’re honored to have created commercials and trailers for their books! IKA has been the go-to production company for book publicity for over 25 years. This spot from 2011 was for Tom Clancy’s Locked On. And remember, reading is fundamental. 😉
