Check out these new designer glasses I got from Visionworks 😎

As most of you probably know, I am on my phone or laptop everyday for hours (10 or more to be precise)!

Blue light emitted from these types of devices can cause a series of issues - including skin fatigue, eye strain, and sleeplessness.

Congratulations to these beautiful newlyweds on their recent marriage! 👫🏻🍻

They stopped by PDX over their honeymoon, so of course I wanted to share my Tavour stash with these fellow beer lovers.

First time trying a CBD V**e Pen thanks to e1011labs 🌱💨

This little pen utilizes non-combustion technology (i.e. it heats up the CBD particles just enough to release them from the h**p vs. inhaling a bunch of inactive burnt plant matter).

For me, this brand’s new Delta8 blend leaves me feeling ultra relaxed (even during periods of higher stress) while still allowing me to remain completely functional 🧘🏻‍♂️✨

Getting vaccinated has made such a difference for me.

Not only does it give me peace of mind to travel again without feeling like I am putting myself (or others) at risk, but also has allowed me to spend quality time with other vaccinated friends and family - almost as if we were transported back to pre-COVID times.

This was my first trip with friends since getting vaccinated - it felt like a real (and much needed) vacation.

AUSTEN’S ST. GERMAIN CHAMPAGNE SPRITZER:

2️⃣ 1oz
3️⃣ 5oz
4️⃣ 5oz Grapefruit
5️⃣ 1oz Fresh cucumber juice
6️⃣ 3 Fresh mint sprigs
7️⃣ 1 Freshly-juiced Meyer lemon

Muddle mint, Meyer lemon wedges (cut into 4) in a large shaker. Add ice + pour in vodka, St. Germain, and cucumber juice. Shake aggressively for 15 seconds. In a large crystal cocktail goblet filled 2/3 with ice, pour ingredients over. Add sparkling water and top off with champagne. Lightly stir, and garnish with a fresh mint sprig (beat mint spring against palm of hand prior to release aromatic oils prior to garnishing).
