The Adventures of MELySMAX, now in its 2nd Season on YouTube is a webshorts series based on real-life married couple, MelimeL and Smax Music (collectively known as MELySMAX). Their slogan is "We Stand For Everything That Is Right In Love" and their new season focuses on situations that couples can relate to when it comes to relationship themes, such as trust, communication, respect, etc. Their goal is to show couples that regardless of the stage of your relationship or the issues couples face in their day to day lives, it is important to constantly work and thrive towards a healthier, happier and more positive relationship that will carry through to old age. They feel that in a society where infidelity, divorces and separations are common and failing marriages and relationships are "the norm," that it is important to show the world a refreshing perspective on how good relationships are possible, what it entails and that contrary to popular belief, a healthy, romantic relationship is attainable. Through their 10 year old marriage and 12 year old relationship, MELySMAX feel they are still learning and growing, not just as a couple, but individually as well and they try to capture these moments in their video productions that can speak to the viewer through entertaining and thought-provoking dialogue and scenerios. We might not all be the same individually and relationships differ from couple to couple, but everyone can relate to getting upset, feeling jealous, dysfunctional communication, as well as moments of relationship bliss. They hope that through their various creative efforts both on and off the camera (Mel is a graphic designer and Smax Music is a musician), they can have a positive influence on the world and the people that make it go 'round.
