Given another opportunity to collaborate as a content partner with Amazon, we were exhilarated to contribute our production, post-production, and photography expertise. This was in conjunction with Amazon's groundbreaking announcement of its inaugural automated U.S. fulfillment center, a major step towards reducing plastic delivery packaging.

Last week, our team had the pleasure of producing a three-camera shoot for one of our favorite financial firms. The video series, which began in 2020, has been an effective way for the CEO to showcase the incredible talent and contributions of top-tier employees and their teams. By highlighting their achievements and sharing their stories, they have been able to foster a true sense of community and pride within the company.

While the shoot presented some challenges, including harsh sunlight that threatened to wash out some of our shots, we were able to overcome them and capture a truly great conversation.

We are sad to hear that Amazon will wind down its AmazonSmile program, which supports thousands of nonprofits globally. The AmazonSmile program had a wide range of eligible charities, including those that support animal welfare, children's health and education, environmental conservation, food banks and many others. One of the great celebrities we worked with was Katy Perry. She encouraged her fans to support various charities through the AmazonSmile program and spent an afternoon with the kids at the Los Angeles Boys & Girls Club of Bell Gardens.

As a producer/director, the AmazonSmile program was dear to my heart. I had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people at the food banks and charity events where we filmed. I would like to think that in some small way, I helped spread the message of donating to the charities where I interviewed volunteers, Amazon employees, customers, and leaders of the community. The celebrities that took time out to spread the word brought those smiles to kids and adults alike.
