*My Fiancé Can Cook!*
He made this amazing Spicy Prawn Basmati Rice
**Ingredients**
- Egg Plant (Quarter)
- Okra (5 pieces)
- Prawns/Shrimp (10 Pieces)
- One Onion
- One Tomato
- Two Green chillies (Whole)
- One Red Chilli (Whole)
- One Dried Red Chilli
- Ginger
- Two Cloves of Garlic, Whole
- One Clove of Garlic, Chopped
- Spinach
- To Taste—Salt, Paprika, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Ajwain/Carom Seeds/Thyme, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander and Cumin

- Fry onion in oil with two cloves of garlic and ginger until onion is brownish, put chillies in, put the tomato in, Put the egg plant, okra and shrimp in, cook for a while, put the spices in with some water, cook for a while.
- Make Basmati rice, when it's ready, put it on a plate and serve the stew on top of the rice, or cook the rice 80% and put it on top of the stew in the pan and wait for about five to ten minutes then serve...
- Garnish with mint, cilantro/parsley, spinach, and ginger, squeeze some lemon... Now eat!

Today, I went to a meetup in Houston at Bowlero. Met a bunch of great Houston creators. I said my goodbyes to those I’d met during the event and left the reserved area there.

Before leaving the building, I needed to go to the restroom, so asked staff near the exit where to go. They said I could go back into the reserved room. I was like, “Erm no, I can’t do that. I’ll just wait until I go home.” They then told me there’s a restroom in the other direction. “Ah cool, I’d already said my goodbyes. It would be too weird to go back there.” 😂😂 Is this just a me thing? It would be so awkward to go back!
