Join the Gypsum Town Council and Staff tomorrow night, July 3rd for an Independence Day Celebration at Lundgren with live music from the JV3, FREE hot dogs and popsicles (while supplies last) from our Gypsum Town Council, lawn games, and of course FIREWORKS.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

Fireworks will launch at dusk from the usual spot at the Gypsum Sports Complex.
For you safety, the Gypsum Sports Complex will be CLOSED to the public for this event.
Parking is available in the lots around the Gypsum Rec Center, Town Hall and Library. Parking is also available in the south lot at Eagle Valley High School.
This event is FREE to attend.
BYO refillable water bottle.
Bring a blanket and/or chairs so you can take a load off and enjoy the show.
Please, no glass of any kind allowed at Lundgren Amphitheater.
Please no dogs or pets allowed at Lundgren Amphitheater.
Outside alcohol is permitted at Lundgren Amphitheater for this event, but is limited to beer and wine only

(Fri 5/26): There's been a water line break that is causing water flow along Valley Road. Crews are aware and allowing the water flow in order to maintain appropriate water line pressure in the system until the morning when repair work can resume. unique blend of bluegrass-country-rock and impeccable harmonies. And Saturday’s concert gets goin’ with the fiery, western-rooted bluegrass sound of female trio Runaway June followed by country-blues-rocker Frankie Ballard.

An Avalanche Watch is in effect for the Gore Range and the Northern Sawatch Range. Expect very dangerous conditions to develop by Monday morning and continue into the night.

Sunday's avalanche conditions are dangerous. You can trigger large and dangerous avalanches on most steep northerly and easterly slopes. You can trigger an avalanche from a distance, and they may break wider and run farther than you expect. Give yourself plenty of space around steep slopes.
