Wednesday 25 August from midday
Day 1 coverage from Tokyo features Kiwis in Swimming action from the Tokyo Aquatics Centre, Track Cycling along with New Zealand’s Wheelchair Rugby match against the USA. In the evening we go back to the pool for Finals action and then finish the night with Great Britain taking on Canada in Wheelchair Rugby.

Thursday 26 August from midday
Day 2 features Sophie Pascoe in the pool followed by Wheelchair Rugby and then Track Cycling, before heading back to the pool for the evening session of Finals. We close the evening off with the New Zealand Wheel Blacks match against Great Britain, and France’s match with Australia.

Friday 27 August from midday
Swimming Heats from the Tokyo Aquatics Centre kickstarts the day, followed by Track
Cycling from the Izu Velodrome and Athletics action from the Tokyo Olympic Stadium. The evening sees Swimming Finals followed by New Zealand taking on Canada in Wheelchair Rugby.

Saturday 28 August from midday
Day 4 starts with Swimming heats followed by Athletics from the Tokyo Olympic
Stadium, Wheelchair Rugby action before heading back to the pool for the
evening session. We conclude the night with Athletics featuring Lisa Adams and
Caitlin Dore in the F37 Shot Put Final and more Wheelchair Rugby.

Sunday August 29 from midday
Day 5 brings you coverage of the morning session of Swimming and Athletics before we catch the Bronze Medal Match in Wheelchair Rugby. We conclude the evening with Swimming Finals and the Wheelchair Rugby Gold Medal match.

Monday 30 August from midday
Day 6 coverage features Swimming heats from the Tokyo Aquatics Centre, Track and Field from the Olympic Stadium and finals action in Table Tennis. We conclude the evening with Swimming Finals and Athletics.

Tuesday 31 August from 11am
Day 7 coverage features the Road Cycling Time Trial, Swimming heats and finals featuring Sophie Pascoe in the S9 100m Freestyle and we finish the evening with Athletics action from the Olympic Stadium.

Wednesday 1 September from midday
Day 8 starts with Swimming Heats and the Cycling Road Race from the Fuji International Speedway, followed by Athletics from the Olympic Stadium. We will also see a Men’s Wheelchair Basketball Quarter Final and the Boccia Final before heading back to the pool for Swimming Finals and the evening Athletics session.

Thursday 2 September from midday
Day 9 brings live Swimming Heats and Finals, plus Scott Martlew and Corbin Hart in Canoeing action from the Sea Forest Waterway. Cycling Road Races continue from the Fuji International
Speedway, along with plenty of Athletics action.

Friday 3 September from midday
Day 10 sees live Swimming Heats and Finals from the Tokyo Aquatics Centre, Finals action in Canoeing Day and more Athletics featuring Holly Robinson in the F46 Javelin Final.

Saturday 4 September from 12.30pm
Day 11 has live Athletics action followed by Canoeing from the Sea Forest Waterway, then Shooting hopefully featuring Michael Johnson in the R9 Mixed 50m Rifle Prone SH2 Final.
Wheelchair Tennis Men’s Doubles and Women’s Singles Finals follow, before heading back to the Olympic Stadium for more Athletics and the 5 a Side Football Final.

Sunday 5 September from 12.30pm
The final day of the Paralympics starts with coverage of the Athletics Marathons followed by the Women’s Sitting Volleyball Final and the Wheelchair Basketball Finals. Coverage ends with the Closing Ceremony from 11pm.

The country also reported three new cases of COVID-19 being recent returnees in the managed isolation facilities at the border. Of the 21 new cases of COVID-19 in the community, 18 cases were in Auckland and three in Wellington. The total number of community cases associated with the Auckland outbreak is 51, with 21 cases confirmed as part of the Auckland cluster.
