We're on the lookout for a Digital Business Director. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies to acquire new digital clients. Proven sales experience is a must.

The role also involves collaborating with department heads, managing the Digital Team, and serving as a thought leader in the digital space. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and at least 10 years of experience in senior media roles, with a focus on building and coaching digital teams.

Threads Update | Meta’s rival to X (Twitter) has been grappling with user retention ever since its high-profile launch. Fresh estimates from Similarweb and Sensor Tower reveal a sharp decline in engagement, with daily active users down 82% since the app’s debut (from 44 million to 8 million) 📉

Despite the challenges Meta’s CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, remains optimistic with plans to focus on user retention and upgrading the basics (thank, goodness). Here’s hoping the next update will be a “For You” page! 🤞 What function do you think they should add next?

After 17 years of the iconic blue bird, billionaire, Elon Musk has renamed Twitter to 'X', in perhaps one of the biggest rebrands of the decade. It is speculated that the rebrand is a way for Musk to assert his ownership of the company once and for all, and signals his desire to move away from reviving Twitter as a standalone network. Instead, 'X' will be transformed into an "everything app" including audio, video, messaging, and peer-to-peer payments, similar to China's WeChat app. The rebrand has already raised a slew of mixed reactions, some for it and some very much against it. Whatever people might feel, 'X' will have a hard time reinventing itself amidst layoffs, decreased advertisers, and competition from Meta's Threads.
