The Texas Heart Institute successfully implanted BiVACOR's total artificial heart in a 57-year-old man with end-stage heart failure on July 9, 2024.

BiVACOR is a clinical-stage medical device company focused on developing innovative solutions for patients with biventricular heart failure.

Its flagship product, the BiVACOR Total Artificial Heart (TAH), is a titanium-constructed biventricular rotary blood pump that features a magnetically levitated rotor.
