Alex nella sua lunga carriera musicale, alle spalle, conta innumerevoli concerti in giro per l'Italia e concorsi canori quali ( SANREMO GIOVANI, CASTROCARO TERME, UNA VOCE PER SANREMO e moltissimi altri, oltre che partecipazioni a trasmissioni televisive RAI e E MEDIASET (ITALIA'S GOT TALENT 2013, tre KARAOKE con FIORELLO E FIORELLINO, RE PER UNA NOTTE, SERENO VARIABILE, selezione per X FACTOR 2009, TALENT 1 su ITALIA 1 e GRANDE FRATELLO 2005, SANREMO 2004). Alex ha rifiutato di partecipare ai reality show " Italia's got talent 2012" e "Music start format televisivo 2012"; perché l'interesse era di usare il suo essere un trasformista conosciuto in tutta Italia per fare odiens e portare lustro alle trasmissioni e non quello di mettere in evidenza il suo grande talento come cantautore e interprete. Uno dei pregi che rende Alex un vero artista amato dal pubblico ( per lui è un difetto) è quello di essere un artista "umile", non amante dell'esibizionismo e dell'apparire a tutti i costi; cosa che lo rende a suo giudizio un artista di 2° grado, in una società appunto basata solo ed esclusivamente sull'esibizionismo di ogni individuo come unica fonte di successo.,
Da più di 30 anni Alex si occupa anche di spettacoli a favore dei più deboli, in particolar modo il suo impegno a favore dei bambini. Alex appoggia battaglie contro la pedofilia e la pedo-pornografia, collabora con associazioni che aiutano i "bambini soldato" a riavere una loro vita e una loro dignità, e appoggia battaglie contro lo sfruttamento e il turismo sessuale minorile nel mondo e la violenza sulle donne.
