Yesterday we published an impressive body of work co-authored with from on linked data models in open-air museum settings for . It encapsulates the discovered implementation challenges and opportunities elucidated during the early Technology Readiness Level (TRL) stages of the Retold methodology technological viability. The article is specifically targeting the conceptualisation and transformation of collected data for the enhancement of open-air museums’ datasets and future interoperability.
, a four-year collaboration between European partners in the open-air museum sector, academia, and technology, aims to ensure that these cultural institutions can continue conveying important cultural heritage narratives to a diverse audience through immersive, spatial, and digital technologies.

They have various categories including a.o. “BIOGRAFILM ART & MUSIC” celebrating art and music in all forms, “CONTEMPORARY LIVES” for documentary films with contemporary topics that invite the audience to reflect on the issues and realities of our world today and “BIOGRAFILM LARGER THAN FICTION” dedicated to productions inspired by life stories. All submissions should be longer than 50 minutes.

Our amazing colleagues , Ciara Tamay Del Grosso Bates and Jennifer Shortall have had their VR experience “Keeper” selected to the first round of workshops of the 6th edition of the Biennale College Cinema VR.

They are one of the 12 selected teams from around the world, composed of co-directors and producers. We wish them an amazing experience and good luck in the development of their project.
