The girls looked super cute with their Gruffalo themed costumes on Halloween. I can’t wait to plan more Halloween outfits for them in the years to come ❤️

Our very first pumpkin patch day as a family of 4 🎃

We have kindly been invited by to visit their pumpkin patch.

I straight away fell in love with the place! There were so many different sized and coloured pumpkins for a very good price too!

Plenty of photo opportunities, fun areas like the haybale stack, haybale and corn mazes, sunflower picking and the list goes on.

There was a a good and drink tent for refreshments but also lots of benches providing the perfect spot for a picnic.

All in all it was the most magical family day out and I 100% recommend visiting!

With the weather we having in Devon I think it’s safe to say summer is over and we can officially welcome autumn 🍂 I’m for one looking forward to the crispy and fresh air, comfy jumpers and cosy days in.

Ada has not had the best night sleep for the last week, due to being poorly, but luckily her daytime naps stayed in routine.
We managed to set up and stick to a daily nap routine thanks to the .app

It can be so tricky for a new mum to try to figure out how many times and what time their baby should sleeping.

This app gives a personalised experience by advising you on a good time for naps and bedtime according to your little ones age.

It also has sleep aiding noises, short educational readings on baby sleeping and tracking options for feeding, pumping, nappies etc.

As Adalynn started solid foods it was important for me to find a good quality cup for her to drink from.
We had the chance to try this
‘3 way trainer’ easy to use cup from which we know it’s gonna last us a long time!

It has a free flow straw for trouble-free drinking and handles on the sides for effortless gripping. When that straw is removed it leaves a small hole on the lid which then can be used as open lid cup. And once baby is old and confident enough the lid can be removed completely.

‘Twas the night before her 3rd birthday 🎂

The one that made me a mummy. My first born, my pandemic miracle and lockdown companion, sometimes the only thing that kept me going.

The one that thought me so many things from patience to responsibility and turned me into a better person.

This small, blue eyed, curly headed girly showed me what true, unconditional love is the day she was born and there is nothiI wouldn’t do to see her cheesy grin.

She makes me incredibly proud everyday and I’m honoured to be her mummy ❤️

2nd picture was the 17th of May 2020, around the time my labour started and the day before she entered this world ❤️

My beautiful little lady is growing up too fast. She is outgrown her baby bath, wearing size 4 nappies, in 6-9 months clothes already and showing signs of being ready to eat solids. But most importantly this is her last month In her boots and bar full time!

I can’t believe how much faster time is flying the second time around 🥲

We got to work and try out their laundry detergent eco sheets.

We had our Lollipop Baby Camera for a month now and it definitely helped us in creating a safe and sound bed time routine.

I was two ways about starting a bedtime routine and letting Adalynn sleep upstairs alone in her next to me crib after bath times instead of sleeping in the downstairs cot but that soon changed after I installed this camera.

Knowing that I could see her through my phone app that is connected to the camera and even get a notification when she was crying or moving put my mind at ease.

The application also allows you to play music through the camera or speak to your baby.

My rosie cheek angel 👼

Poor Adalynn is really not getting a break from teething. Coming up to 2 months now of constant chomping, red cheeks and pain.

With so many teething products on the market it’s hard to find one that will suit your baby.

This Baby Nom teething ring has worked perfect for Adalynn. It’s the first teether that she can use by herself. The ring shape has made it easy for her to grab and hold onto the teether on her own so she can chomp on it as long as she wants!

I really found that it has been improving her hand to mouth as well as her eye coordination.

We had the best first easter as a family of four. This year was the first of Elizabeth understanding the concept of an easter egg hunt and could actually eat her chocolates, although this did lead her bouncing off the walls 🤪

We are on YouTube!

I put my brave girl pants on and I started a YouTube channel.
It’s been on my mind for a while but I’ve been too anxious and of course busy to start.

I had a channel a couple of years ago but it was just all over the place and I didn’t really enjoy making videos by the end because I didn’t know what I was doing and I was also pretending to be something I wasn’t.

This time around I’m doing natural family blogs and just documenting our family life and all the stuff we get up to.

Teething days 🦷

My chilled and quiet baby has turned into a fussy and clingy girl due to teething.
Both Elizabeth and Ada started teething at 3 months old which is definitely not fun for any of us.

We had the perfect rainy day activity today with our Funcils chalk markers. Elizabeth is a free spirit so she very much liked the idea of drawing on the window instead of paper.
