Often we suffer from self doubt and limiting beliefs.
The pressure from society can be super overwhelming to be and even act a certain way it also doesn't help getting lost in our own minds with the bu****it stories we tell ourselves about why we can’t do or be who we want to be.
Believe me I've been their I've had those limiting beliefs i still do sometimes. the trick is to acknowledge it feel it move through it and send it love.
We just have to be open to change and flip the switch to a new empowered way of stepping forward for the highest and greater good of ourselves.
So when these doubts begin to creep in we know how to handle it in a positive empowered way.

I’m currently training to become a Sound Healing therapy practitioner which complements my other services in Chakra Alignment, Energy Healing, and Meditation adding extra healing benefits.
