This is a significant time for us premiering ‘Pretend’ online.

spoke at our event about their story and the incredible work they do at the in-personpremiere. If you don’t know already, they’re “A mens su***de prevention charity offeringfree-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online” who want toend the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power ofconversation. You might recognise their viral campaign.

You’ll work alongside the team and closely with our graphic designer and comms strategist, co-creating and sharing content across our social media platforms. This role is best suited to someone with an interest in social media, advocating for health awareness and passionate about using creativity and media as a story telling tool that connects with our audience.

An interest in or previous experience of using adobe suite would be beneficial as the role sometimes requires use of programs such as Illustrator & Photoshop.

📣 BOOTCAMP ALERT 📣

We believe in a City where young people are advocates for health with film. For this reason we are on a mission to train young people across Manchester in what it takes to use film as an advocacy tool for health 🎥✨

Freshrb C.I.C.'s and Perrin speaking to School of Digital Arts - SODA at Manchester Metropolitan University's Film students about submitting to the first ever Manchester Health Film Festival, whilst being in with a chance of winning £1000 at the festival.

We asked Zac about his interests and why he’s passionate about raising awareness of health through media

“I love being creative whether that’s creating Music, Video or Content. Finding FreshRB showed me how effectively media can be used to spread awareness of life changing illness, making it more digestible and accessible for new audiences. I am excited to help FreshRB through Social Media and Podcasts as not only spread awareness but also help make people suffering feel seen and not alone. Working towards Manchester’s first Health Focussed Film-Festival also motivates me”

At the start of December our Creative Manager Jacob was invited on behalf of BIMM University to document their time at COP28 UAE, here’s what he had to say about the opportunity!

“Documenting COP28 UAE on behalf of BIMM University was an absolute dream come true. To have been chosen to take this trip to Dubai alongside such wonderful people was a privilege I will never forget.

Professionally, it was an excellent event to network and sharpen my content creation skills, but personally, this trip was life changing.

I first met The BIMM musicians two days before the trip, where I was shoving a camera in their faces asking for interviews. But throughout the trip, this group of ‘strangers’ have grown to be a family, constantly pushing each other to strive for greatness, making us all realise just how far we can go to create our art.

I would like to thank Cliff Jones for orchestrating this trip and inviting me to be a part of this experience. I also have nothing but thanks and admiration for Jono Gilmurray and Susanna Amato who managed this trip; their kindness and positive energy is something I strive to possess.I am extremely grateful to have been a part of this experience and cannot wait to share our documentary with the world, to showcase the utopia that was COP 28, the beauty of Dubai and most importantly, the flourishing talent and relationships between these wonderful artists”
