Job: Editor/Motion Graphics Designer
Salary: Up to £30k p.a.
Location: London

Hi there! We are Foxtrot Papa – the content and experience agency – and we’re looking for a new addition to our post-production department. We’ve got a fantastic team in place working across some great clients – including Ford, Lotus, ABB & Jaguar Land Rover – but we love meeting, getting to know and learning from new and inspiring people who want to join our world.
We’re looking for a video editor, who is also really strong on graphics, and gets a kick out of telling compelling stories and creating eye-catching visuals. We produce online content and engaging live events – you’d be working on both, across all of our clients/accounts.
We need someone with experience creating visuals in After Effects (Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent 3D software experience would be a big advantage!). In a graphics capacity, we want you not just to be a technician, but be to a creative. Sometimes you’ll be working with our designers to create slick animations, but sometimes you’ll be taking the lead in answering a design/animation brief.
From an editing perspective, we’re looking for someone who is a confident editor and knows Adobe Premiere inside out. Fundamentally you’ll need to be comfortable with the entire post-production workflow, all the way from logging, through the edit process and finishing with some sound design and basic grading abilities (in Premiere or Da Vinci Resolve), as well as neatly and efficiently archiving projects. Most importantly we want you to be comfortable working without a Director; we'll rely on you to help us craft the story of a film from a blank timeline using your knowledge of the shots and what we're trying to achieve.
This role would be mainly office based at our studio in London Bridge and remotely from wherever you want as we operate a hybrid workplace policy. As a bonus, (assuming you don’t like spending 100% of your time in a dark room), our editors often support us on our film shoots in a data wrangling capacity or come to events to produce quick turn around edits which could see you travel across Europe and the world at large. We can’t guarantee how often this will happen, but over the past couple of years our Editors have joined us on trips across the UK and to Sweden, Morocco, Croatia, France and Spain.

A passion or experience with automotive or technology brands will help, but isn’t mandatory as long as you’re passionate about your work.
