Labour of Love by Sally-Ann Beresford . Fab book for birth partners.

Birth in Focus by Becky Reed (who I actually got to meet during my doula training, so this is a signed copy)

In Your Own Time by Sara Wickham . This book is a must read in my opinion for anyone pregnant right now.

How To Have a Baby by . Jam packed full of nurturing wisdom.

If you're pregnant and in the UK, can you help our lovely author Professor Amy Brown - Breastfeeding Uncovered with this important research?

Are you pregnant and in the UK?

Lowri is another of our PhD students looking at how the cost of living crisis is affecting diet and wellbeing during pregnancy.
She has two surveys running at the moment - this one looks at experiences during pregnancy.

If you're currently pregnant we'd be very grateful if you could complete her survey exploring your views of how financial pressures and the cost of food might be impacting your diet, food choices and wellbeing.

We're interested in knowing how the cost of living crisis might be affecting women's diet but also how families might make decisions around that, especially when there are other children.

We'd really value responses from families across all different incomes so we are able to make comparisons - whether you feel the cost of food is affecting you or not.

We hope that the findings will help build the case for more support for families during pregnancy.

The Art of Breastfeeding is going on tour in Scotland! This is sure to be brilliant, so if you can get there you'll be in for a treat.

La Leche League in Scotland are excited to bring the public, peer supporters and healthcare professionals together to celebrate the launch of the Art of Breastfeeding in Scotland.

Jayne Joyce, one of the co-writers will be touring Scotland alongside local LLL Leaders. We will be sharing excerpts from the new edition and gaining insights from discussion with our Glasgow panelists Alison Thewliss, and Sarah Edwards from the Breastfeeding Network.

Thanks to support from the Scottish Government these events are FREE, however registration is required. We look forward to seeing you there!
