Extraordinary dinner party in the desert outside of Dubai last night with the team. We took four wheelers into the desert, swapping them for camels for the final stretch into a Bedouin-inspired camp built just for our meal. Although, with life oud music as backdrop, an Emirati feast and more wine than was strictly necessary, we suspect we were in far more luxury than your typical Bedouin. 📸: @ Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Day two aboard MS Nieuw Amsterdam with was a sea day, cruising the inside passage toward Juneau, Alaska. Dinner of clothesline candied bacon and a surf and turf consisting of lobster tail and dry-aged delmonico at The Pinnacle Grill will take some topping.
