And indeed they did....regardless of what party you support - if you support any of them at all - the main aim last night was to displace the , after 14 long years, by any means necessary.

Bristol has its first MP and the Conservative Party has seen huge losses all over the country.

saw a 69% voter turnout - down 4% from 2019
is only democratic when a majority of people are engaged in the process...

Things aren't going to magically get better, but hopefully, this is the start of a little more in the possibility of change.

… and it’s an A/B side single. The A side is ‘The Man at the Party’ an alt hip hop dialogue between me and one of ‘those’ guys at a party…
You know the fella. Kinda offended by a woman having the temerity to disagree/ correct him/ have her own opinion. It’s a confrontation and catharsis in song form!
The B side is ‘Let Yourself Cry’ – a heartbeat to hold close to yours when you feel alone and desperate. It’s a song for everyone who’s experienced grief, pain, suffering. It’s words offered in solidarity and comfort.
It’s also a critique of the way the Patriarchy works to cut men off, even from themselves, certainly from the people who love them.
I really really hope you enjoy it! If you do please do let me know, share far and wide and tell your buds. Or buy it, your call. But the free stuff helps emerging artists like me grow!
