Introduced to electronic music at the age of 14 Shehaq initially took a liking to DJing, his sets are long journeys where he tweaks only a few parameters, effectively maintaining an intricate flow of rhythms and melodies. His selections compliment one another with evident thought, signalling a deep understanding of every phrase of each track.

Shehaq holds a diploma in recording arts with a focus on game audio, this element can be found in most of his productions, from soundscapes to fx-like sounds his music is always built with a narrative structure.

After graduating in Vancouver Shehaq moved back to Pakistan, since then he has been working as a sound designer for various gaming studios.

Through his professional career, Shehaq has been able to improve his sound design techniques enabling him to feel more confident as a producer without having the comfort of a musician`s background.

✨ Last month we hosted our first appearance in South East Asia, in collaboration with UMT Radio we took over the Sunset Sessions at The Ozone Beach Bar & Club - Koh Lanta, we had 2 resident artists on Koh Lanta at the time, Zakh and Kostiya ✨

Made some new Beatsolow merch, since we are exploring the scene of South East Asia I chose the iconic dragon as the symbol of choice.

Deriving from an array of philosophies, it is often times attributed to an enlightened outlook on the world, for the dragon is a transformative figure existing in between the fine lines of the world we see and the one we feel 🐉🌌

What they didn’t know when they set out, was when they would find light at the end of the tunnel. As Melbourne’s Mount Mike and Berlin expat Toni Savaggio ventured deeper into the mountains of British Columbia searching for sounds they
knew must exist, sometimes they had to double back, retrace their steps and orientate themselves through performance in endless wilderness. The end game can be elusive sometimes. One morning as the stars began to fade, Toni struck up a lick
on his violin to salute the sun as it dawned. From where he stirred, Mike watched as pioneer rays kindled the eastern hills, bathing their way forward in “Natural Light”.

akèso is a Vancouver/Toronto-based electro-pop/trance/soundscape artist, currently creating a concept EP accompanied by a comic book, that will provide a full-sensory experience. She began making music in her late twenties after experiencing a major shift in her life direction, from business/finance to the creative arts. She is also a visual artist and writer, and has a lot she wants to share with the world. Be sure to check out her TWITCH channel, where she goes by the same username ake5o.

In the coming Various Artists album, she joins us in a collaboration with Kostiya, offering a deeply felt vocal improvisation over a melodic track, not quite fitting in one particular genre.
