Nice Iftar Buffet Sky City Hotel Dhaka

The buffet includes such varieties. Starting from Mutton Haleem, soup, salad bar,Patla kichuri, beef rezala, dessert,grilled chicken ,Russian Salad,Pasta Salad,Chicken Ceaser Salad,Doi Cheera, Chicken Quesarito, Prawn Mexican Taco, Whole Coral Fish, Chicken Tangri Kebab, Baklava, Kunafa, Umali and many more.

My personal favourite station was patla kichuri and beef rezala and and also the desserts section. Star of the day was their Pudding and Gulab jamun it was the best in Dhaka so far!

Overall the ambiance, decorations and food was
wonderful. If you want iftar buffet then must visit them

Ifter and Buffet Dinner at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden. I was really excited to try their food.The buffet spread is literally a food lovers dream 😍.

From lemb ouzi with saffron rice,Mutton Teheri,Authentic Mutton Kabuli pulao,Arabian Baked Chicken,Moroccan fish Tagine,chicken shawarma,Afghani Chicken kebab,Beef Adana,Beef Achari,Naan,Fruits,Halim,Khejur,fresh salad,Jalebi and many more you’ll get everything here. My most favourite would be their Mutton teheri, Mutton Kabuli pulao Also the desserts.All desserts were literally the best. ❤️❤️

আফগানি দম বিরিয়ানি তো অনেক খেয়েছেন কিন্তু আফগানি চিকেন দম বিরিয়ানি খেয়েছেন কখনও!!

ঝরঝরা বাসমতী চাল দিয়ে দুই পিস চিকেন পাবেন এক অর্ডারে।যারা আমার মতো ঝরাঝরা বাসমতী চালের বিরিয়ানি পছন্দ করেন তাদের জন্য মাস্ট ট্রাই আইটেম হবে এইটি।২০০ টাকা দাম অনুযায়ী খাবারের পরিমাণ ঠিক ঠাক মনে হয়েছে

Afghani Fire - আফগানি ফায়ার এর রেসওয়ালা হালিম,যা আমার খাওয়া এখন পর্যন্ত বেস্ট হালিম।

আমরা আসলে হালিম বলতে সাধারণত যা বুঝি এটা তেমন হালিম না, এই হালিমে পাবেন নাহ তেলের ছড়াছড়ি, পাবেন নাহ পিস পিস মাংস তবে আপনি প্রতি চামচে মাংস পাবেন।উনারা এটাকে হায়দ্রাবাদি স্টাইল হালিম বলেছে।সচারাচর ক্রিমি হালিমে মাংস গুলো স্ম্যাশ করা থাকে, এবং মসলা আর মাংসের অনেকটা ব্যালান্স পাওয়া যায় স্বাদে!! উপরে জুড়ে দেওয়া বেরেস্তা, আর বাদাম সাথে লেবুর রস মিলে স্বাদে দারুণ এক মাত্রা যোগ করে। গরুর মাংস স্ম্যাশ করা থাকার কারণে প্রতি চামচেই মাংসের ছোয়া পাবেন।আমার কাছে স্বাদ টা বেশ লেগেছে।প্রতি চামচে স্মেশ করা মাংস পাচ্ছিলাম

Crowne Plaza Dhaka Gulshan they have recently came up with meat feast.So we decided to try their delicious meat items.Apart from their meat item their regular buffet items are also included.This fest would be continue from 18 February to 02 march.

The buffet includes: Char grilled lamb shank,Chicken shish kebab, Roasted Prime ribs, Marinated roasted whole chicken, Slow cooked roasted lamb leg, Brazilian Beef Salad,Chicken cashew nut salad
Greek salad,Balsamic Grill vegetables salad
Pineapple carpaccio, also had biryani, deshi curries, desserts, and so many items. There was a intercontinental section with salad section ,sushi etc.

I am a huge fan of meaty dish so I thoroughly enjoyed their meat festival. They are also providing offer on selected cards which is B1G2

Overall various good options to choose from, some items need work but apart from that a good way to spend your weekend dinner.

⭕️Let’s start with appetizer we had fried shrimp dumpling with termarind sauce which is quite differe from regular dumplings. This dish was crispy outside which was complimented with termarind sauce. Second item from appetizer was RB fish cake, it made with different types of fish which was soft yet flavourful.

⭕️From salad we had RB grilled beef salad. For me it was one of the best item. The beef was perfectly cooked and the dressing was tangy and sweet.
From mains I would highly recommend their RB khao soi with chicken was a balanced, flavourful, creamy dish with lots of chicken. I am looking forward to try this one ag*in.Their another highlighting dish would be duck with termarind sauce. This dish was simple but very delicious.

⭕️But their showstopper would be mango sticky rice. It would be a very fulfilling dish for any dessert lover.

⭕️Their mocktails section is also very rich. We tried busaba secret which is refreshing.

If anyone want to try authentic Thai item Ruen busaba could be a good option.

Cake from The Red Window Cafe

Cake was fresh, super moist, fluffy, delicious and so beautiful. The sweetness level was perfect since I don't prefer overly sweet dessert. Everyone loved the cake.

I would give this cake a 9.5/10 !
