#পিৎজা_ইন_রিভিও

আজ আমার মোবাইলে পিৎজা ইন থেকে একটি মেসেজ এল। খুলে দেখি আমার জন্য সারপ্রাইজ। জানতে পারলাম তারা বাই ওয়ান গেট ওয়ান অফার দিচ্ছে লার্জ সাইজের জন্য। পিৎজা আমার মনে একটু আলাদা অনুভূতি জন্ম দেয় সব সময়। তাই ভাই-বোন তিনজন মিলে এক ঢিলে দুই পাখি মারা সিদ্ধান্ত নিলাম। চলে গেলাম বেইলি রোডে পিৎজা ইনে। যেয়ে দেখি ভালোই ভিড়। হাতের ডান দিকে শেষ কর্নারে দ্বিতীয় সেটে তিনজন বসলাম। তারপর মেনু দেখে সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছিলাম কেন পিৎজাটা খাওয়া যায়। আমরা বললাম বিফ টাইপের নেই কিন্তু আমার বোন বলল না চিকেন। এমন সময় আমার ছোট বোন বলে উঠল, ”অফারটি দিয়ে দুটি ভিন্ন পিৎজা নেওয়া যাবে কি না” এবং সাথে সাথে সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডার জানাল, ”হ্যাঁ, পারবেন। তবে যেটার প্রাইজ বেশি সে কাউন্ট হবে”। আর আমাদের মনে লাড্ডু ফুটছে লাগবে। তাই একটি বারবিকিউ চিকেন ক্লাসিক নিলাম সাথে এক্সট্রা চিজ এবং আরেকটি নিলাম নিউইয়র্ক বিফ স্টেক পিৎজার সাথে এক্সট্রা চিজ আর মাসরুম যোগ করলাম। আনুমানিক ২০ মিনিট পর দুইটি পিৎজা নিয়ে হাজির। আর আমাদের প্রতিযোগিতা শুরু করে দিলাম কে কত পিস খেতে পারে।

#শাহীখানা_রিভিও

আজ অনেক দিন পর দুই বন্ধু দেখা করলাম রামপুরা ব্রিজে। যেহেতু বহুদিন পর দেখা, অনেক গল্প আর না বলা কথার মাঝখানে কখন যে ক্ষুধা লেগে গেল বুঝলাম না। বন্ধুর মন পড়ল "পেটুক" এর ঝাল মুড়ির রিভিউর কথা। তাই খুজতে বেড়িয়ে পরলাম খানাপিনার মুরগি মুড়ি। রামপুরা ব্রিজ থেকে রিক্সা নিলাম মেরুল বাড্ডায়।

শাহীখানার দোকানের সামনে যেতেই দেখি অনেক ভিড়। অর্ডার করলাম দুটো মুরগী মুড়ি সাথে জলপাই শরবত এবং জিরা পানি।অর্ডার নাম্বার ৮৫। এই মুরগি মুড়ি সম্পর্কে নতুন কিছু বলার নেই কারণ তা পেটুক সদস্যরাই বলে দিয়েছে। কিন্তু আমার বন্ধুর কাছে তা ছিল আসলেই অন্যরকম। মুরগির হাড় ছাড়া মাংসের সাথে জলপাইয়ের আচারী মসলা দিয়ে কষানো আর মুড়ির মসলা তো আছেই। সব মিলিয়ে অনবদ্য আর জলপাই শরবতটি ছিল সত্যি রিফ্রেশিং। কাঁচা জলপাইয়ের অস্থির স্বাদ সাথে মিষ্টি মিশ্রণ মনকে চাঙ্গা করে দেয়। জিরা পানি ছিল ন্যাচারাল জিরা শরবত যা সত্যিকার অর্থে শরীরে ক্লান্তি দূর করার অনবদ্য পানীয়।

#নেহারি_রিভিও

আজকে হঠাৎ আমি এবং আমার বন্ধু সকালে হাটতে বের হই। প্রায় অনেকক্ষণ হাঁটার পর দুজনেই ক্ষুধায় কুপোকাত হয়ে যাই। পানসী হোটেলের সামনে যাই। আমার স্কুল জীবনে পানসী হোটেল অনেক সময় কাটানো হলেও এখন অতটা হয়না। তো দুজনে ভাবলাম পানসীর নেহারি খাই। নেহারি নেওয়ার পর যখন আমরা কোলড্রিংস চাচ্ছিলাম তখন তারা বলল তাদের কাছে আপাতত নেই। কিন্তু একটু পরেই পাশের দোকান থেকে এনে ম্যানেজ করে দিল।

পানশির নেহারি এক কথায় অসাধারণ। নেহারি ঝোল পায়া এবং মসলার মিশ্রণ সবই অনবদ্য। সাথে নেওয়া বাটার নান যথেষ্ট ভালো। আমার খাওয়া সবচেয়ে ভালো নেহারির মধ্যে একটি।
