About us

Bossy is a medium for change, a platform for marginalised voices, a creative space, and full of opportunities and collaboration.

We publish content about everything — you would be amazed at the breadth of topics our content explores — in all the styles of writing you could imagine: reviews, poetry, long-form fiction, interviews, memoirs, satire, open letters, opinion pieces, visuals, and the list goes on.

We accept submissions from women-identifying, femme-aligned, non-binary and genderqueer ANU students, staff members and alumna. Though we only accept submissions from a select contributor base, we produce content for everyone.

When sourcing content, however, we always have the following aims in sight.
