MUNICIPALITY UNDER FIRE FOR WHITE ELEPHANT STADIUM
The AB Xuma Local Municipality in Ngcobo in the Eastern Cape has come under fire for allegedly paying more than R12 million for a sports field that has turned into a grazing land for livestock.
