The pressure was on last Thursday as valiant contenders from all the Publicis Groupe Africa agencies came together at our campus in Cape Town for a games night that was certainly one to remember.
Jenga, 30 seconds, beer pong – we did it all, and we emerged (relatively) unscathed. Big ups to our sister agencies for bringing the heat.
The 2024 SAVCA Industry Awards took place recently in Sandton and we were there to celebrate the outstanding achievements of proudly African portfolio companies that have raised the bar and demonstrated the power of investment to propel businesses towards greater things.

One of the initiatives we are proud to be a part of is the annual RCS Violence Survey, produced in partnership with BNP Paribas and non-profit organisation, the Whitaker Peace & Development Initiative which was founded by award-winning actor and philanthropist, Forest Whitaker.
Ahead of the launch of the 2023 edition of the Violence Survey as well as several school-based initiatives the organisation runs, Forest Whitaker flew to Cape Town to meet the team at RCS and BNP Paribas.
As he explained: ‘The best way to facilitate peace and development is to channel the vast potential of the world’s youth, to connect these eager young men and women, to harness their energy to be a force for good.’
