If you are reading this post, it is most likely that you have been part of a project or product management that didn’t get the expected outcome, and you wonder what could have been done differently? 🤔
An important part of being a product or project manager is overseeing the progress of the team and making decisions to ensure maximum value 🗝️ It is essential to understand the basics of project management whether you are in a large organization working with multiple project managers or are an entrepreneur where both the product management and project management falls on your shoulders

VBL Media was glad to be a part of the E-commerce week 🔥
This session was dedicated in developing counties, with a focus on Vanuatu.

The e-commerce week is over, congrats to United Nations Conference on Trade and Development. Our session was dedicated to data in developing countries, with a focus on Vanuatu 🇻🇺

👉OBI Consulting presented high level challenges and perspectives regarding infrastructures. It won't work without much more investment.

👉Dalsie Green Baniala described where we're at with the regulatory framework, and I understood some additional work need to be done on that point.

👉VBL Media insisted on the much needed skills, to improve the offer from the digital service providers, and the digital readiness on the demand side -citizens, consumers.

✌️PDT's statement focused on local content and data. We need local solutions: in Vanuatu companies can't connect solutions such as PayPal, Stripe or Shopify to a local bank account. We need local content, as a significant part of the population speak mostly bislama -or other local languages. We need to liaise with local service providers to deliver, photoshoot, etc.
Hence the entrepreneurial ecosystem at Yumiwork.vanuatu, with a business incubator V-Lab, the Innovation and Digital Economy Association and a digital hub to deliver training on coding, 3D printing, Internet of Things, eTrade, digital marketing, etc.
Private and public sectors should work more together, to scale up this small successful ecosystem.

🤔And we're barely mentioning the much needed data-driven customer centricity. In a way that's exciting: so much is to be done in the coming years 🤩
