An alarming number of snowplows have been hit by drivers in 2024. 🚨

I'm told 16 Ohio Department of Transportation plows have already been struck since Jan. 1st. In 2023, ODOT had 26 snowplows hit the entire calendar year.

BLIZZARD ON THE WAY: A major snowstorm is heading to the Midwest tomorrow. It will likely bring 6-12 inches of snow to the Chicago area, make roads hazardous, and cause power outages.

This storm comes just a few days after most people saw 3-6 inches snow on Tuesday. I went up to the suburbs and found plenty of snow, but by the time I made it back downtown, what fell was washed away. Here's a look back at that storm as I prepare for tomorrow. AccuWeather

It was great to speak dozens of students about what I do at AccuWeather, since they spent time this summer launching a weather balloon (with a plush doll of Jake from State Farm) into space! The future is in good hands!
