Session420

The freedom to record any type of audio
music, vocals, instruments, karaoke, voice-overs, podcasts, spoken word, acapella, choir, audio books, etc...

divided into 30 minute intervals. The session starts at the time of the appointment so please be on time. All prices include your studio session & one free Audio CD. Session420 requires a minimum of one hour of session time for mixing and editing. A great sound consists of good performances, and enough time to mix and/or edit the performance as necessary. Our reasonable rates mean you can spend more time on your performances. Booking Policy
Session time should be booked at least 24hrs in advance. Same day bookings are fillers from cancellations. Cancellation Policy
If it becomes necessary to cancel a session and there is a 1 hour cancelation notice, ANY prepaid or studio credits can be used towards rescheduling a new session. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS. If it becomes necessary to cancel a session and there is NOT a 1 hour cancelation notice, it will result in the loss of any deposits or credits. A NO CALL NO SHOW FEE of $5.00 will also be added to your next session. Client Session BackUp Requirement
Clients are responsible for backing up their OWN work on their OWN personal STORAGES DEVICES. CLIENTS MUST NOT ERASE OR MODIFY ANY FILES BUT THEIR OWN ON Session420 DRIVES/STORAGE DEVICES.
**NOTE - SESSION420 ERASES THE MEDIA DRIVE OFF OF THE STUDIO COMPUTER ON A BI-WEEKLY BASIS**

Security
The studio may not be left unlocked and unattended for ANY period of time. There is heavy video surveillance inside and outside of the studio. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN ACTIONS. Session420 and/or anyone affiliated with Session420, is not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen, items left behind or any injures that may occur during your scheduled time. Guest(s)
Guest(s) are welcome during your session but clients must ensure that they observe studio policy. The client is responsible for any damages the guest(s) may cause. Equipment
Clients are responsible for the proper use of Session420 equipment and musical instruments during their session. We kindly stipulate that only qualified audio professionals handle microphones, studio computers, and audio gear. We will never knowingly put malfunctioning gear into service, so please report any faulty equipment right away. Missing or damaged equipment resulting from misuse (e.g., dropped microphones, torn speaker cones, bent hardware) is the responsibility of the client. Damaged equipment will be repaired and/or replaced and billed to the client. Clients opting to leave gear (i.e., outboard gear, microphones, instruments, amplifiers) at Session420 for use by other clients may do so at their OWN DISCRETION. Outside Area
At Session420 we try to provide the perfect experience for our clients and local businesses that surround the area. We thank you for being respectful to our neighbors and keeping excess noise and refuse out of the common areas of the building. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY AND THESE TERMS:
