The NTC Foundation is partnering with Zia Productions to present the 2024 ARTS DISTRICT Summer Music Series! Everyone is invited to wander and explore the ARTS DISTRICT and enjoy FREE outdoor musical performances on the North Promenade at Liberty Station.
Guests, friends and family members of all ages are welcome to bring a blanket and lawn chairs to set up on the North Promenade and enjoy live music from 4 - 7 PM! The ARTS DISTRICT Summer Music series is happening the 4th Sunday in July, August and September.
THIS SUNDAY - Soundsystem Cumbia Masters on Sunday, July 28th!
Sonido De La Frontera is the combination of Soundsystem culture, hip hop production aesthetic, and the sounds of Latin America’s most prolific dance music: Cumbia. This trio is made up of Karlos Paez, Mr. Henshaw, and DJ Unite. Karlos Paez is an energetic frontman, also known for his role as vocalist for San Diego’s premiere Latin Music project, The B-Side Players.
Guests can also enjoy the summer sounds while sipping on cold beverages from Stone Brewing’s outdoor patio.

4:00 PM - Opening Band Performance by Papa Sancho
5:00 PM - Art In Flexion Contortionists and Circus Performers
5:15 PM - Headliner Performance by Sonido de la Frontera

Stone World Bistro & Gardens Liberty Station and ZIA Productions are proud to partner for the Official Sonido de la Frontera Afterparty July 28th 7pm at Liberty Station . Stone World Bistro & Gardens will be operating the concert beer garden from the Stone World Bistro & Gardens Patio during the concert starting at 4pm. After the show, Stone World Bistro and Gardens will be hosting the Official Sonido de la Frontera Concert Afterparty. Come out and meet the artists, purchase band merchandise, and take photos with band members. Come for the beer, stay for the food.

Sonido De La Frontera is a mixture of all the different sounds and culture found in the southernmost part of California, San Diego. It is cumbia music with a production approach similar to hip hop and electronic music. Its a party you don't want to miss!
