It’s Retro-spectacular!

Loma’s work for the San Diego County Fair’s 2024 ‘Let’s Go Retro!’ advertising campaign has been honored with 6 Awards of Excellence from the Western Fairs Association (WFA).

These include best television ad series, best radio ad series, and best single radio ads in English and foreign language.

We had a blast recreating a cherished, multi-generational experience that gets bigger and better every year!

A big shout out to the San Diego Sports Association, and it's very successful 77th Annual Salute to the Champions Dinner on Monday.

All of us at Loma are proud to support a charitable organization that "celebrates and supports local athletic achievement and youth development through sports." Our relationship began many years ago, and has since encompassed everything from website development and video production to support for its many philanthropic efforts.

Loma took a spin on the ice yesterday with San Jose Sharks star defenseman Mario Ferraro, filming an upcoming public awareness campaign for client Valley Water. Mario got the opportunity to score a few goals for safe, clean water with an assist from Valley Water mascot H2Cool.

Santa Clara County, be on the lookout for Mario and friend on a Big Screen Near You in the near future!

Loma Media is proud of our longstanding partnership with the Port of San Diego and excited to embark on new initiatives to support their mission of enhancing San Diego Bay’s vibrant waterfront.

We worked closely with the Port to name, brand, and develop the “Here and Wow!” campaign, inspiring locals and visitors to “Explore More on San Diego Bay.” From stunning Golden Hour visuals to a unified campaign strategy, we highlighted the incredible diversity of bayfront entertainment and recreation across five unique cities.

Our integrated approach included digital media, social platforms, print, signage, video, and direct mail—ensuring the campaign reached audiences far and wide.

We’re honored to continue working with the Port of San Diego, creating solutions that showcase the beauty, excitement, and endless possibilities of San Diego Bay.

Sunday night, on the eve of Veteran’s Day, the Doughboy Foundation premiered Loma’s feature-length documentary celebrating the 9-year effort to build America’s national World War I Memorial in Washington DC.

Conceived and constructed 100 years after the conflict, the Memorial’s recent completion is an amazing triumph of inspired collaboration during a fractious time in our history. Told through the words of those who made “the impossible plausible,” this compelling tale underscores a bipartisan vision realized by a diverse coalition that overcame all odds to deliver a stunning achievement.

Serving all of Santa Clara County, Valley Water ensures safe, reliable water for more than 2 million residents. As the agency’s communications partner, Loma has launched a new campaign designed to help everyone “Be Flood Safe” as the rainy season arrives.
Bold visuals underscore the importance of the message and the immediate availability of key, free resources from “Your Flood Protection Partner.” In print, online, through direct mail, on social media and across the county’s 15 cities, the word is out: Any time it rains, it can flood. Be prepared!

LOMA had a fantastic time at the 48th Annual Western Field Ornithologist (WFO) Conference, where we were thrilled to record a promotional video! This incredible organization is dedicated to the study, appreciation, and conservation of birds in western North America.

It was inspiring to capture WFO’s history through stories from its founding members, engaging birding field trips, and insightful science sessions, all fueled by the passion of the next generation.

Remembering the wonderful talent who evoked the “Wondrous World of the Spiral.”

When Wizards101 asked us to find the perfect voice for a hot new MMO video game, our extensive search led us to just one person—the anazing Nigel Lambert.

As Headmaster Ambrose, Nigel brought the game to life, helping make it a huge global success. Sadly, he’s passed away at the age of 80 after many decades of stage and screen excellence. Always a pleasure to work with, Nigel took every script he ever saw and simply made it better.

We had an amazing time supporting Mt. San Antonio College with the exciting reveal of their new mascot, Rizzly the Grizzly! 🐻✨ This project was months in the making as we helped revamp and modernize their mascot to create a fun, bold design that truly represents the rich history and diverse community of Mt. SAC. It was an honor to guide them through this creative journey, and the unveiling event was a huge success—Rizzly is already a campus star! 🌟

“Remember Us.” Illuminating the centerpiece of America’s newest national Memorial

On Friday September 14th, a long-envisioned project culminated with the public unveiling of ‘A Soldier’s Journey,’ the magnificent bronze sculpture that will now serve as centerpiece of the National World War I Memorial in Washington D.C.

Loma provided creative services and produced the livestream broadcast of an emotionally powerful ‘First Illumination’ event that introduced the largest free standing high relief bronze in the western hemisphere. Over the past decade, we’ve been proud to support the US World War I Centennial Commission and the Doughboy Foundation as they’ve turned a bold vision into a powerful tribute to the 4.7 million Americans who served and sacrificed in the War That Changed the World.
