Southern California Rental Housing Association has been a fixture in San Diego since 1919. The company's first meeting was held at the U.S. Grant. John J. Fitzpatrick and new managing members made a motion to create a permanent organization dedicated to increasing positive interactions and communications between property and apartment owners, and their tenants.
