How to use monthly views to track traffic on Pinterest ⬇️👇
Alright, I’ve said in the past that you shouldn’t pay much attention to monthly views. 🫣
And I still standby that fact that you shouldn’t take monthly views by themselves!
BUT…
I will admit that they are useful to track with other metrics like saves, sessions and outbound clicks.
Why?
If you can track when monthly views go up and down, and if they correlate with these other metrics that track engagement…
You then have a fuller picture of your overall Pinterest traffic- and can figure out which metrics convert for YOU.
Know that monthly views are heavily influenced by outside content, seasonality, and lots of other factors…
But don’t throw them out completely when analyzing your Pinterest traffic!
