As a wife, mom of 6, homeschool mom, Entrepreneur, and Investor, I spend so much time having to be creative, solve problems, and put out fires 🔥, that sometimes I just get in a midday slump and need a pick-me-up. For me, my favorite way to dig into self care is by making myself something delicious and then calling on my comfort drink... coffee ☕, lol ! Self-care doesn't have to be something fancy ore expensive, it just has to feel like self-care... 😉 however you do you, is cool 😎
