Kosova Cinematography Center is public film fund and central authority for cinematography.

It's objective is achieving goals on public interest on cinematography issues. Kosova Cinematography Center has it's management structure: Managing Board and Director. Managing Board has 5 members:

Director of Kosova Cinematography Center is Arben Zharku. Kosova Cinematography Center has its Statute approved by th

e Minister of Culture. Kosova Cinematography Center in accordance with its approved budget, opens an annual bid for film projects in following categories: feature, short, documentary and animation films. Rules and regulations for applying will be published in the annual bid, according to the Law and film and other acts. Managing Board approves and subsidies film projects on the basis of selection from the Jury and the report from Financial Commission.
