#76. Meditation Monday: A Moving Meditation When Feeling Overwhelmed
A moving meditation is a form of meditation that involves a specific motion as a way to clear the mind and connect with the present moment. Instead of focusing solely on the breath or a mantra, the meditator brings their awareness to the sensations and movements of their body, which can help bring a greater sense of focus and relaxation. Some people find that movement-based meditation helps them access a deeper state of mindfulness than seated meditation.
